Preparation will be determined by the concrete surface to be coated.

Roller -
Concrete — Apply 1 coat of Procoat Ultraseal Same Day Sealer, followed by 2 coats of Procoat Ultraseal High Wear Sealer.
Cement Roofing — Apply 1 coat of Procoat Ultraseal Same Day Sealer followed by a recommended roof coating system. Very porous areas may require a second coat if there is still loose and unbound material on the roof.
Ensure that the sealed surface is adequately protected and cured before putting the surface back into use. The surface must be protected from water for a minimum of 6 hours after sealing.
Allow 24 hours before any foot traffic. Procoat Ultraseal Same Day Sealer is not designed to be left uncoated. It can tolerate foot traffic but should be overcoated as soon as possible with Procoat Ultraseal High Wear Sealer.
