Ensure the surfaces are free from loose and flaking paint. Wash surfaces with a suitable cleaner such as sugar soap prior to painting to remove any oil, grease, dirt or other contaminants. Where there are areas of mould, treat with a mould remover.
This product is a two pack paint. Ensure the appropriate amount of hardener is added to the base, and the contents are thoroughly mixed for 5 minutes. Inadequate mixing can result in an uneven curing of the coating.

If required, acid etch the surface, followed by washing thoroughly. Allow to dry.
Apply 1 coat of Procoat Two Pack Epoxy, allow to dry overnight (do not thin first coat).
Sand lightly and dust off.
Apply 2 or 3 coats of Procoat Two Pack Epoxy, allow to dry overnight between coats.
